Narayani’s elegant style is based in the classical Bharatanatyam dance of South India, with influences of modern Bollywood technique, creating a uniquely beautiful and emotive presentations that always amaze and delight. With over 25 years of extensive studies in classical Indian Bharatanatyam, Bollywood, Garba and Kathak dances of India. Narayani is a disciple of Harija Shivakumar from the Kalakestra School of Dance in Chennai, India.

Narayani is a disciple of Harija Shivakumar from the Kalakshestra School of Dance in Chennai, India.
Narayani was the Director of the Belly Motions Bollywood Program and the Bollywood Performance Team from 2010 to 2020.
In 2018 was selected by International Indian Icon to be a judge for their dance competition.

In 2017 Narayani was selected to choreograph and perform for Dj KSHMR at Ultra Festival in Miami.

In 2014 was selected by Dance Ke Deewane to be a judge for their dance competition.
In 2013 Narayani was selected by Bollywood America to be a judge for the National Competition Finals.
In 2012 Narayani was selected by ABC Network Productions to choreograph a Bollywood piece for TV show "Dancing with the Stars" Season 15, for Peta Murgatoyd and Gilles Marini. Performance that placed them to the first place in the competition.
She was the Director & Choreographer for the annual Coconut Grove Krishna Fest in association with the Hare Krishna Cultural Center since 2008, Narayani was also the Director & Choreographer for “Ratha Yatra Miami” Festival of India in Coconut Grove in 2011.
